Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Turfers platform only for its intended purpose of discovering, booking, and managing turf reservations. You must not use the platform in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Turfers platform:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or platform systems
- Submitting false or misleading information in bookings or reviews
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform infrastructure or services
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without authorisation
- Using automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
Turfers reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these rules, including suspending or terminating their account.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Turfers platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Turfers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
By submitting content to the platform, such as reviews or profile information, you grant Turfers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Turfers platform without our prior written consent. You may not use the Turfers name, logo, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without permission.
Limitation of Liability

Turf Facility Disputes
Turfers acts as a platform connecting players with turf owners. While we strive to ensure quality listings, we are not responsible for the condition, safety, or availability of any turf facility. Disputes between players and turf owners should be resolved directly between the parties, though Turfers may assist in mediation where appropriate.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and any pending bookings may be cancelled.
Termination by Turfers
Turfers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions. Any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination will remain payable.
